Route crews

Every stop in order. Rain? Move the day.

For crews that see the same customers on a schedule. Service plans fill the route, Handitrax puts the stops in driving order, and each crew carries its own day on its phone.

Lawn and landscaping · Pool · Cleaning · Pest control · Irrigation

Every screen on this page is real Handitrax. The companies on them are made up.

Route days On every plan

Each crew's day, in the shortest order

Pick the crew and the day, and the stops are laid out on the map in driving order, with arrival times and the miles for the whole day.

  • Optimize the day in one tap, or drag stops into your own order — times you promised stay put
  • Arrival estimates, miles and drive time for the whole day, back to the shop
  • Each crew sees its own stops, in order, on My Day — the next stop is one tap from directions

On the crew's phone

The stop list goes with the crew

The crew opens My Day and sees the next stop, when to be there and what to do. No paper route sheet, and no calling the office to ask.

  • On the job: which stop it is, when to be there, the work done every visit — mow, edge, blow — and one tap for Done, next stop
  • Tap "On my way" and the customer gets a text. You see it before it goes.
  • Before and after photos go onto the job and the line they belong to, not into your camera roll.

Rain days

Rain coming? Move the whole day in one decision.

The forecast sits on the route. When rain is coming, choose what happens to every outdoor stop at once — and then, if you want, tell the customers.

  • Move the day to the next working day
  • Push the rest of the week back a day
  • Skip this cut — the plan carries on next cycle
  • Stops already done stay where they are
  • Send the affected customers a rain notice, only if you choose to

Recurring service plans On every plan

Set the plan once. The visits keep coming.

Weekly, every other week, monthly, or every so many days. Each visit lands on the right crew's route with its price, and the plan keeps going until you pause or end it.

One visit, not the whole plan

Skip a visit, move it, or hand it to another crew, and the rest of the plan stays as it was.

Billed the way you charge

Per visit, a flat monthly fee, or the month's visits added up. Handitrax drafts the invoices; you look them over and send them.

Booking by area On Full and up

New customers type their address and see the days your crews are already in their area, then pick an arrival window. Out-of-area requests come to you as a call-back.
